Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • For batter- 1 cup All purpose flour / maida


  • 3 tsp corn flour


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp soya sause


  • 3/4 tsp viniger


  • Salt and suger 3/4 tsp or as required


  • For manchurian- (250 gras button musrooms


  • 3-4 spring onion chopped


  • 3 green chilli


  • 2tsp garlic chopped


  • 2 tsp ginger chopped


  • 1 tsp celery finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp soya sause


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 tsp sause(soya)


  • 1 tsp pepper


  • Small capsicum 1 chopped

Directions

  • Mix all ingradiants mention in batter.
  • Heat oil in pan dip wased musroom and fry in oil upto it turns to golden brown. Keep aside
  • Preparing sause. Heat oil in pan add spring onion white part fry it in low flame.
  • Now add celary, onion greens, green chilli,ginger and garlic stir well for min.
  • Now add black pepper, salt, suger and soya sause in that.
  • After that add fried musroom stir upto that sause coated on musroom well.
  • Ready to serve. Garnish with curry leaf , spring onion, fried ginger garlic chopped pieces etc. Pack with parota, chapathi etc.
