Mix all ingradiants mention in batter.
Heat oil in pan dip wased musroom and fry in oil upto it turns to golden brown. Keep aside
Preparing sause. Heat oil in pan add spring onion white part fry it in low flame.
Now add celary, onion greens, green chilli,ginger and garlic stir well for min.
Now add black pepper, salt, suger and soya sause in that.
After that add fried musroom stir upto that sause coated on musroom well.
Ready to serve. Garnish with curry leaf , spring onion, fried ginger garlic chopped pieces etc. Pack with parota, chapathi etc.
